Shipping & Returns The thinkmarriage.org Shipping and Returns Policy We at thinkmarriag.org strive to provide the highest quality service to our customers. We make use of the United States Postal Service or USPS for the shipment of our goods. Our shipping calculator is linked with the USPS website to provide the most accurate shipping rates possible. These rates are calculated based on total shipping weight of the product(s) purchased. For more information visit http://www.usps.com/ We also employ the following shipping practices: -For the safety of your purchase we insure all packages. Insurance rates are set by the USPS and will be updated as the USPS updates their rates. International insurance rates higher. -We also add .3125 oz (5/16 lb) to the total weight of each package to compensate for shipping packaging. Shipment of all goods purchased occurs on Thursday morning of each week. All orders must be received by noon Wednesday to ship that week, otherwise, shipment will take place on the following Thursday. All items should be received within 5-10 business days. All individual Love Letter Kits and Marriage Myth Buster Guides will be sent out First Class Mail. All other orders are shipped based on customer preference. Claims of goods damaged in shipping should be directed to the USPS at http://www.usps.com/insuranceclaims/welcome.htm We will make every effort to ensure your product is delivered safely. Returns will be handled on a individual basis. -If you wish to return any durable good purchased, please mail the item to the address below. We will refund the cost of the item, minus any shipping and handling charges. -We stand by our classes and material. If you attend a class and feel that your relationship has not been impacted for the better by what you learned, contact thinkmarriage.org and we will refund the cost of the class, minus the cost of any meals and hotel stays incurred during your attendance.
